Cancellation Policy
At Bouncy Castle Factory, once a booking is confirmed the equipment is reserved specifically for your event date and time. Because of this, we may decline other booking enquiries for the same date.
Customer Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, the following policy will apply:
- A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value will be charged or retained.
- This charge applies because the reserved time slot may no longer be available to offer to other customers, resulting in a lost booking opportunity.
- Any deposit or payments already made will contribute towards the cancellation fee.
Notice of Cancellation
All cancellations must be made by contacting us directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Short Notice Cancellations
Cancellations made very close to the event date may result in a higher charge depending on circumstances, as preparation, transport planning, and staff scheduling may already have been arranged.
Weather
Light rain or typical UK weather conditions do not automatically qualify for cancellation, as most inflatables can operate safely in light rain. If severe weather conditions make it unsafe to operate the equipment (such as strong winds or storms), we will discuss suitable options with you.
Company Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Bouncy Castle Factory needs to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (for example severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns), customers will be offered an alternative product, rescheduled booking, or full refund where applicable.
Agreement
By confirming a booking with Bouncy Castle Factory, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
