Delivery and Collection Times

Home Delivery Time Slots: We offer flexible delivery and collection options to fit your event schedule:

• Free Standard Delivery: Between 8am - 2pm
• Early Delivery: Choose from 7am - 9:30am(£30) or 7am - 11:30am(£20)
• Late Delivery: Between 3pm - 5pm(£10)

Home Collection Slots:

• Free Collection Times: 6pm - 10:30pm, 7pm - 10:30pm, 8pm - 10:30pm, 9pm - 10:30pm
• Late Collection: 10:30pm - 12:00am (£20 fee applies)

Important:

Please note that for the Home Delivery and Collection Times you cannot specify an exact delivery time as it will depend on the driver's bookings and routes taken on the day. We ask that you be ready and expect delivery at any time during the chosen delivery window.

For Venue bookings, you will be able to provide your venue's access time, the start and end times of the party, and the final leaving time in the booking form.
